Becca has always had a passion for helping others through life’s transitions and struggles. She works hard to help empower clients to pursue their goals and become the most successful version of themselves by building on each individual’s unique strengths.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Becca is trained in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy and uses a variety of techniques to meet each client where they're at. She is also trained in EMDR Therapy and holds space for those recovering from different types of traumas. Lastly, Becca believes in the power of mindfulness and meditation and uses these techniques alongside Polyvagal Theory to address the mind-body connection.
