Becky Lech is a Licensed Resident in Counseling in Virginia who has been practicing since 2015. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Milligan University and a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University. Becky has extensive experience teaching people to advocate for themselves, develop appropriate coping skills, and regulate their emotions.
Her ability to meet people where they are and cultivate a peaceful environment that instills hope is a vital part of her process to help individuals strengthen their mental health and begin the healing journey. Becky specializes in depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, life adjustments, and helping parents develop effective skills.
Outside of meeting with clients, Becky enjoys crocheting and reading. She also spends a lot of time playing with her cats and being with her family.
