Getting to know Rebecca Nudel

I am a therapist who helps individuals and couples move through anxiety, relationship struggles, challenges of adult ADHD, parenting stress, and life transitions with more clarity and confidence. Life can feel overwhelming—but therapy doesn’t have to be. I offer a safe, supportive space to explore what’s holding you back, reconnect with your strengths, and move toward the kind of life and relationships you want. You don’t have to do it alone—and you don’t have to have it all figured out to start. My approach My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and centered on your unique needs. I believe we all have the capacity to heal and grow, especially when we feel supported and understood. In our work together, we’ll explore the patterns that are keeping you stuck and develop practical tools to help you move forward. I’ll meet you with curiosity, compassion, and a steady presence—whether we’re processing past experiences or building new strategies for the present. I tailor treatment to each client, drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), CBT, mindfulness, and self-compassion practices. I also work from a trauma-informed, strengths-based lens, and I’m trained in SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions). My role is to walk alongside you—offering a safe place to reflect, reconnect with yourself, and create meaningful, lasting change. My focus I work with adults and couples who are feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in cycles they want to change. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, ADHD, relationship strain, parenting stress, or major life transitions. Some are managing burnout or people-pleasing tendencies; others are dealing with self-doubt or a critical inner voice that’s hard to quiet. If you’re feeling like you’ve outgrown old coping strategies—or unsure how to move forward—I’ll meet you there. I have a particular interest in supporting adults with ADHD and parents of children with ADHD.
