What is your typical process for working with clients?

My therapeutic approach is rooted in CBT and Person Centered Therapy. Our work together will focus on identifying and reframing unhelpful thinking patterns, developing effective coping strategies for managing stressors, and build up your confidence in your existing strengths in the hopes of achieving your goals in an environment that encourages self-awareness, resilience, and empowerment.
