I am Rebecca, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master’s in Social Work from the State University of New York, Buffalo, where I also earned my Bachelor’s degree. My therapy style is holistic and collaborative, drawing from various approaches depending on your needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, mindfulness, and strengths-based therapy. I have experience supporting clients coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, and life stressors. My approach I have a strengths-based, collaborative, and compassionate style. I use a variety of approaches depending on your needs and desires, including attachment theory, family systems, CBT, somatic therapy, mindfulness, and EMDR. My focus I support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, and trauma, as well as those navigating life stressors, relationships, parenting, and work concerns. My communication style I bring a warm, empathic, and nonjudgmental presence to our work together. My goals for you Our work will be collaborative, holistic, and realistic. We’ll start with small, achievable goals and build from there. My first session with you I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where you can share how you’ve been feeling and what you’re going through.
