What should a new client know about working with you?

"When you work with me, I will spend time getting to know you and truly understanding what you are dealing with. As someone who has struggled with my own mental health issues in the past, I have a true empathy for what my clients are experiencing. I will provide a safe space for you where we will work together to tackle what you are struggling with. Therapy is for you and that safe space can look like anything you need it to. Whether you need a safe place and someone to listen or you need specific skills to overcome your challenges, we will design your space to meet your unique needs. I want to help you come away from sessions with me feeling heard, understood, and valued for exactly who you are as well as finding relief from the difficult mental health symptoms you are struggling with."

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
