Hi there, I'm Regan! I am a licensed clinical social worker with supervisory designation. Let's work together to dream up the life you've always wanted to live, and finally step into it with grace, beauty, and love. My approach My approach to assisting others in their healing is much like weaving. First, we will delicately sort through your past and current thoughts, memories, relationships, beliefs, and dreams. Then we will update and integrate them utilizing somatic EMDR techniques, mindfulness, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I also offer Heart Centered Hypnotherapy. My focus I specialize in assisting clients with anxiety, depression, and trauma which typically manifests as feeling stuck, exhausted, frightened, dissatisfied, confused, or on edge. My communication style Healing happens in a spiral and requires gentle detective work, a safe relationship, creativity, and support. The opportunity to offer these healing dynamics to you is my honor. When I work with you, I hope you will feel as if you are coming home to yourself, and becoming who you really are. My journey to mental healthcare I have always been extremely introspective. I spent my early years in the woods, reading everything I could get my hands on in an attempt to understand the human condition. As a young adult, I pursued a degree in Cultural Anthropology and traveled the world extensively searching for ways of being that exuded peace and balance. After raising four children through their early years, I returned to graduate school to become a licensed social worker. It is now my pleasure and honor to bring to the world the healing methods I have sought training in and now offer. My goals for you Being honest with ourselves about our goals, our dreams, and motivations is a journey in itself. Together we will work diligently to explore and clarify your deepest intentions for healing and how we can bring them to fruition.
