Hi there, I'm Reginali! I am a licensed professional counselor in Georgia with over 20 years of experience. I hold a Master's degree in Counseling from Fort Valley State University. As a licensed professional counselor, I believe it is important to help every client fulfill the greatest expression of him or herself intellectually, socially, and emotionally. My approach As a therapist, it is my responsibility to ensure that my clients' therapeutic experiences are positive and comprehensive. To accomplish this, I focus on: (1) providing a conducive counseling environment, (2) creating engaging learning opportunities, and (3) encouraging application and introspection for continuous growth. My focus I have worked with clients facing a wide range of concerns, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, anger management, relationship issues, attention deficit disorder, parenting problems, and career challenges. My communication style I believe in fostering a friendly, approachable atmosphere that supports risk-taking and sharing of ideas. During sessions, I use several strategies to encourage self-reflection and management. It is equally important for clients to learn skills and practice them in authentic situations. Inviting client dialogue and encouraging feedback about what they have learned helps connect skills and strategies to real-world application. Engaging in discussions and activities is critical to ensuring a successful therapeutic experience. My goals for you I believe it is essential to establish clear goals and expectations at the start of the therapeutic relationship. For change to happen, clients must stay engaged and be active participants in their own growth. Therefore, I help my clients regularly reflect on their goals and celebrate small wins!
