Psychotherapist

Hi, I'm Regina! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with 17 years of clinical experience helping adults and couples navigate relationship challenges, attachment wounds, anxiety, life transitions, and career concerns. I specialize in helping clients understand and break recurring patterns—especially the anxious-avoidant cycle that can leave people feeling disconnected, stuck, or misunderstood. My approach is warm, compassionate, and interactive. I believe therapy should feel like a collaborative partnership where you feel safe, supported, and challenged when needed. I integrate attachment theory, Nonviolent Communication (NVC), Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic practices, mindfulness, and CBT to tailor treatment to your unique needs. Whether you're struggling in your relationships, questioning your career path, or simply wanting to better understand yourself, my goal is to help you build greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and lasting change.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider's self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan's benefits.
