Reginald Leonard, LPC

Psychotherapist
GA
I’m a dedicated therapist passionate about creating a safe, affirming space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to grow. My practice specializes in helping individuals navigate depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and life transitions with compassion and evidence-based care. Together, we work toward healing, clarity, and lasting change. My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in creating a space where you can show up as your authentic self, without judgment. I integrate evidence-based practices with deep, intuitive listening to help you unpack difficult emotions, build healthy boundaries, and reconnect with your inner strength. You can expect sessions that feel both structured and fluid, where we move at your pace and focus on what truly matters to you. I work with adults who are ready to break free from the weight of trauma, overcome the grip of anxiety and depression, and learn how to build the kind of healthy, fulfilling relationships they deserve. My clients are often deep feelers and high achievers who are tired of just “coping” and are ready to truly heal, grow, and thrive.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My communication style is warm, grounded, and collaborative. I strive to create a space where you feel safe, deeply heard, and genuinely seen. Whether we’re exploring painful memories or celebrating small wins, I show up with compassion, curiosity, and a commitment to walking alongside you every step of the way. My journey to becoming a therapist was deeply personal. I’ve experienced the healing power of being truly seen and supported, and I knew I wanted to offer that same space to others. Becoming a provider has been a calling rooted in empathy, growth, and a passion for helping people reclaim their peace and power.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I help clients reach their goals by meeting them where they are and working collaboratively to uncover the root of what’s keeping them stuck. My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and integrative. I utilize evidence-based modalities while honoring each client’s unique story and pace. Through a balance of insight, emotional processing, and skill-building, I guide clients toward clarity, self-compassion, and lasting change. In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and begin building a sense of safety and trust. I’ll invite you to share what brings you to therapy, what you’re hoping to work on, and any goals or questions you may have. You can expect a calm, judgment-free space where there’s no pressure to share more than you’re ready for. We will move at your pace, and I’m here to support you every step of the way.
