I earned my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Georgia. My approach I am a person-centered and client-focused therapist who utilizes techniques such as Coaching, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Multicultural approaches, Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Strength-Based Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, Couples Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Marital Therapy.
