Welcome to Core Therapy & Healing. At Core, I provide mental health services for adolescents and adults ages 14-40 to help promote healthy living and wellness. Please note: I do not treat children under 14 or adults over 40. PLEASE READ THE ENTIRETY OF MY PROFILE BEFORE SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT. Thank you for your cooperation. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker licensed in New York and Maryland. I specialize in assisting individuals to better navigate anxiety, stress, depression, emotion regulation, trauma, PTSD, grief, and other mental health concerns. I am passionate about providing a safe space for individuals and giving them the tools they will need to improve their lives and become better versions of themselves.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
