Every hardship or life event shapes us to be who we are but does not define us. My passion is to learn about people and where they are in their current life journey. I hope to help empower them to overcome their present hardships.
I specialize in working with the LGBTQA+ community, families, children, adolescents, and adults who struggle with relationship conflict, anxiety, depression, and bipolar mania/depression. I combine holistic, client-centered, and evidence-based interventions to assist their concerns best.
