Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or challenged by relationships or life decisions? Therapy can provide a supportive space to gain clarity, build insight, and move forward with intention. Selecting the right therapist is an important step. My work is rooted in a long-standing desire to offer what I once needed myself—an objective, compassionate presence to help navigate life’s complexities. With over 12 years of clinical experience, I support clients facing anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, career transitions, burnout, parenting challenges, neurodivergence, and existential or spiritual questions. I take a collaborative, individualized approach, integrating evidence-based practices to align with each client’s unique goals. If you’re ready to begin the process of growth and change, I would be honored to support you.

What should a new client know about working with you?

A session with me can be varied, but generally, I try to set goals and assess them every few sessions to show progress or alter our goals as needed. I am also flexible in addressing current concerns as they arise. “Progress” can mean different things at various times. Ultimately, the goal is to create a forward momentum that will translate into everyday life. Often there are things that we can decide on (aka homework) that will help us to direct our sessions to what is most helpful. Together we will find what works best for you to reach the goals you want to achieve.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
