“I look forward to working with Renelle and feel that our relationship has really helped me develop strong coping strategies for times when I am upset or overwhelmed. I went from once a week to twice a month to now once a month (maintenance mostly). Renelle helps develop skills to let you listen to yourself better. I recommend her but I know that these are very personal choices. She connects to my confidence, humor, and understands my needs. ”

Getting to know Renelle Wolff

Renelle Wolff is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker now offering in-person therapy in South Pasadena, Florida, in addition to virtual services. She specializes in women’s mental health, anxiety, sleep concerns, and relationship stress for high-achieving adults navigating full and demanding lives. Renelle works primarily with professional women who are balancing careers, parenting, partnerships, and personal expectations. Many of her clients feel successful on paper but privately struggle with anxiety, chronic stress, racing thoughts at night, insomnia, perfectionism, intrusive thoughts, or tension in their relationships. Others are adjusting to parenthood, supporting school-aged or adult children, or redefining their identity in midlife. Renelle helps clients understand how anxiety, hormonal changes, life transitions, and high mental load impact sleep and overall well-being. Together, you will develop practical, evidence-based tools to calm the nervous system, improve sleep quality, manage anxiety, and create more sustainable rhythms at home and work. Renelle is Level 2 trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy which provides a background while doing individual work within couples who want to strengthen connection, improve communication, and protect their relationship from the strain of parenting and career demands. She is certified in Perinatal Mental Health and has advanced training in advanced training in supporting women through the major reproductive transitions.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Her therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and grounded—with insight, compassion, and appropriate humor. She integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions. Treatment is structured and goal-oriented while allowing space for deeper processing and meaningful change.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

The first step in working together is scheduling an initial intake session. This appointment gives us time to discuss what has been bringing you to therapy, any current challenges you are facing, and what you hope to gain from the process. During this first session, I will ask questions about your current concerns, personal history, and any important life experiences that may be shaping how you’re feeling now. This helps us develop a shared understanding of what you are going through and identify goals for our work together. From there, ongoing sessions typically focus on exploring patterns in thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while also developing practical tools to help manage anxiety, stress, and life transitions. I draw from evidence-based approaches. Sessions are collaborative and tailored to each individual client. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can speak openly, gain insight, and build skills that support long-term emotional wellbeing.
