I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel validated, respected, and empowered. In my practice, I utilize a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, person-centered approach grounded in evidence-based practice. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Florida Atlantic University. Over the years, I have had the privilege to work with wonderful people across the lifespan-from children to mature adults-especially around anxiety, depression, and adjustments to life changes, including parenting and processing loss.
