I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Touro University and 3 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in various settings. I have specialized training in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, and Motivational Interviewing.
