Utilizing eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) to reprocess the disturbing memories can provide you freedom from the pain you are suffering from. For over a decade, I have been working in the field of behavioral health. I am a certified addiction specialist. I have worked with victims of domestic violence and numerous survivors of traumatic experiences. I recently became a licensed professional counselor. I am basically trained in EMDR and am working toward certification. I believe in the importance of working with my clients fully by recognizing the mind, body, spirit connection to promote deeper healing.
