With over 32 years of experience working with individuals, children, adolescents, and adults in the community as a Clinical Case Manager for the homeless in Tampa Fl., in residential dual diagnosis programs with Volunteers of America of Florida as an Independent Living Counselor and Program Specialist, and as an intern Counselor with BayCare Behavioral Health Adolescent Dual Diagnosis Residential Program, and as a Clinician for an In-Patient Psychiatric Hospital, and over 30 years he has served as an Ordained Minister and Christian Counselor in various local ministries. My approach A person- and family-centered therapist who encourages parent and sibling engagement in therapy sessions with children and adolescents when appropriate. When individuals have spouses or significant partners, Richard allows the client to invite partners into sessions when it is therapeutically beneficial and desired by the client. Richard's goal is to help clients focus on their strengths and strive towards personal growth using interactive, solution-focused therapy combined with practical feedback in a personalized approach.
