UpLift Behavioral Health reserves the right to limit the types of medications that may be prescribed by its doctors and nurse practitioners. All prescriptions furnished by UpLift Behavioral Health care providers are issued in accordance with applicable federal and state law as well as UpLift Behavioral Health policy.
I believe we are all born with a purpose to make the world a better place. Sometimes, many of us know exactly what we want to be or do as we grow up. For others, it is a process of self-discovery. I help individuals, groups, and families make sense of their experiences and find harmony, peace, and purpose in their lives. I hold a Master's in Clinical Social Work from Florida Gulf Coast University, which has equipped me with the skills to support diverse needs. My experience includes working with various psychiatric conditions and substance abuse. I have provided group counseling, marriage counseling, family counseling, individual counseling, and taught psycho-educational groups.
What should a new client know about working with you?

For others, it is a process of self-discovery. I help individuals, groups, and families make sense, find harmony, peace and purpose in their lives.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
Payment is due at time of each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits

I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
