I received my Master’s degree from The University of New England. I’m trained in EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) therapeutic approaches that address bothersome memories and experiences affecting your current situation. I’m also trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness.
I also teach you useful and effective skills to lessen your situation’s impact on you.
