I’m trained in EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) therapeutic approaches that address bothersome memories and experiences affecting your current situation. I’m also trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness.
