What should a new client know about working with you?

I offer a custom approach for each of my clients. I start with understanding where you are now and the challenges you are facing. I help you put a plan in place to help you move forward. I offer an inclusive safe space with both in-person and virtual appointments to suit your schedule.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our first session is called an assessment, which really means that I am learning about your needs and how I can best help you. We come up with goals together to work on and start to explore what things will look like when therapy is no longer needed. I take a person-centered approach however, I will pull from other modalities when needed. For example, if trauma treatment is needed, I will utilize a modality called EMDR.
