Hi there, I'm Richard! Greetings, I am Richard N. Williams, a 32-year Air Force veteran. I served on active duty for 24 years, retired, and returned two weeks later to the same Air Force job as a GS-11 Civilian employee. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida with 8 years of professional experience. I earned my Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Troy University. I have experience treating trauma with military veterans and first responders. I help clients with stress, anxiety, depression, addictions, trauma, abuse, motivation, self-esteem, and self-confidence. I work to create an open, safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without judgment. It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling life and take the first steps toward change.
