I’m dedicated to helping children, adolescents, and families feel supported, understood, and empowered as they navigate anxiety, behavioral concerns, emotional regulation challenges, self-esteem, and life transitions. I bring a warm, collaborative approach that’s tailored to each client’s developmental needs.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My work incorporates evidence-based techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), play-based therapy, and mindfulness strategies. I’m passionate about helping young clients build confidence, strengthen resilience, and develop healthy coping skills in a safe, supportive environment.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

When you are ready to get started, schedule an initial assessment visit (intake) through Zocdoc. After you book an appointment, a care coordinator will reach out to review your method of payment and/or insurance number and answer any initial questions you may have before our first visit.
