Getting to know Ricky Speller
Hello,
I understand that counseling can sometimes feel taboo or generic, and I strive to make the experience more engaging and fulfilling. I have worked with diverse populations and cultures in various settings, including offices, schools, and group homes. To best meet my clients' needs, I offer both in-person and telehealth therapy sessions. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Criminology from NC State University in Raleigh, NC, and a Master's degree in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University. I am eager and ready to work with each client to address their unique needs, whether through couples counseling, family counseling, or individual counseling.
What should a new client know about working with you?
I want each client to be able to take away skills and words of wisdom from each therapy session that they can apply in their daily lives to improve their overall wellbeing.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
