Life brings challenges, and you don’t have to face them alone. For over 25 years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting adults from all walks of life who are navigating a wide variety of issues. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, the lasting impact of trauma, or simply feeling ‘stuck’ in a major life transition, my practice is a compassionate space where you can find clarity and lasting change. I believe that you are the expert of your own life, and therapy is a collaborative process of uncovering the strengths and wisdom that are already within you. I utilize an integrative approach tailored to your unique needs, blending evidence-based modalities like Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). While I work effectively with all adults, a significant part of my practice and passion lies in my specialized expertise with certain communities and issues. I have dedicated my career to supporting the Queer community in navigating the complexities of living authentically, focusing on healing the wounds caused by shame, rejection, and religious trauma. I also specialize in working with couples (queer and otherwise) who are navigating relational changes, communication challenges, and building stronger intimacy, including expertise in exploring consensual/ethical non-monogamy (CNM/ENM). Furthermore, I have served the HIV community for over two decades, providing comprehensive care that addresses interconnected mental, sexual, and medical health needs. At the heart of my work is a simple but powerful philosophy: to walk alongside you as you reclaim your voice, reimagine your relationships, and rediscover your authentic self.
