I like to create a warm and friendly environments where my clients can feel open and safe to express themselves. I aim to listen, support but also challenge my clients to become the best versions of themselves.

My first sessions are typically aimed at listening to your story. I strive to create a safe environments where my clients are comfortable to share their experiences with me. I will then work directly with my client to create treatment goals that are realistic and timely.
