He sees therapy as a team effort and loves helping children, adolescents, and families make progress and reach their goals. Robert earned an undergraduate degree from the University of Iowa, a Master's in Teaching from Olivet Nazarene University, and a Master's in School Counseling from Concordia University. In addition to his role at Edgewood, Robert is a high school counselor and has a background in teaching. In therapy, Robert uses CBT, DBT, Client-Centered, and Solution-Focused techniques to serve clients. He believes everyone has the ability to accomplish great things and is there to counsel, coach, and support each client throughout the process.
