With over 15 years of experience in mental health, I have had the pleasure of serving a diverse population of individuals seeking assistance to overcome various emotional and mental hurdles. What should a new client know about working with you?

I work with families, individuals, and couples in a safe non-biased environment to fully understand their unique situations based on their history of past and present challenges. I work collaboratively with my clients to help them find and resolve the underlying problems that lead to anxiety, anger, depression, and other emotional challenges.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I use an evidence-based treatment approach to help my clients develop a new mindset and build the skills that will lead them down a path of self-discovery, healing, and growth. I am honored when clients trust me to help them during life’s most troubling times. I look forward to helping more and more individuals achieve emotional stability and wellness.
