I'm a 9-year Coast Guard veteran who became a therapist because I needed one. I work with people who are ready to actually do something about what's keeping them stuck. I specialize in trauma, anger, and life transitions. My ideal client is tired of explaining themselves to people who don't get it. They are ready to show up and do the work. Angry, stuck, overwhelmed, these are not disqualifiers. Showing up and doing the work is the only requirement. I will work with complex presentations and I don't turn people away because their symptoms are hard.
