Hello, my name is Robert. If you are like many people feeling the pressure of everyday life, then the stress from trying to live a normal life is working overtime. The pace today is more hectic, and folks need help. Everyone deserves a safe place and a stable environment. I find the most effective way to help people feel comfortable with therapy is a welcoming attitude combined with curiosity about their experiences that have brought them into the session. My approach is to build a strong therapeutic alliance, provide acceptance, and focus on the present moment without judgment to help people gain skills for managing complicated situations. Clients often say the experience was easy, that they could discuss their issues without worry, and felt nonjudged regardless of the situation. We will work together to discover what works, promote healing of the whole person, and help you understand the dynamics of existing relationships so you can choose to respond rationally and master life to the greatest extent possible. Seeking therapy can feel scary, but you're making the right choice. In our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based strategies so you can build resilience, stability, and find the supports you need. I hold a Master's in Counseling from Liberty University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support you effectively.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
