Let's translate wellness and mental health into our inherent rights as defined by you. I use a Person-Centered, Culturally Driven approach; decolonizing our minds, hearts, and behaviors to break cycles and barriers. Individuals, couples, and families are welcome. Talks available in Spanish. My approach I utilize Person-Centered, Culturally-Centered Practice. We discuss our place and the effects of the systems in our lives. I also incorporate other practices such as alternative-natural healing, spirituality discovery, and inner child healing. My focus I have a decade of experience working with single, new, and teen mothers; teen and young adult therapy; and person-centered therapy. I have experience with transitioning families dealing with domestic violence, parental removal, separation, and divorce, as well as blended families. I also have 10 years of experience working with youth with CPTSD, trauma, and justice involvement. My communication style My communication style is humorous, direct, and down to earth with my clients during therapy. My journey to mental healthcare I wanted to be an active contributor to my community and support mental health awareness.
