Life can present challenges that cause tremendous struggle, and, at those times, seeking help from a professional can be scary, but taking the step to get help may be the best move you can make towards feeling better. I meet my clients where they are, and we, together, work at a pace that is comfortable for them. I have experience working with individual adults, couples, children, and families. As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with a Master's Degree in Professional Counseling and another in Marriage and Family Human Services, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our sessions. My therapy style is interactive, and my approach to therapy is client-focused, respectful, and non-judgmental. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Skills, Trauma-Informed, and Solution-Focused Therapy. Education is an important part of the healing process and therapy sessions. I specialize in helping clients manage Anger, ADHD, PTSD, Spirituality, Stress, Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, and Family relationships. Whether you're dealing with overwhelming stress, navigating the complexities of family dynamics, or seeking to heal from past trauma, I'm here to support you.
