Robinette Muse, LPC

Psychotherapist
GA
Hello, I'm Dr. Robin Muse. With 25 years as a licensed therapist and 38 years in the behavioral health field, I bring a wealth of experience to our sessions. My journey has taken me through both public and private sectors, allowing me to specialize in trauma resolution, as well as treating depression, anxiety, and mood disorders. I've had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, families, and individuals navigating divorce mediation and substance abuse challenges. Additionally, I have 15 years of experience supporting military populations, which has been incredibly rewarding and insightful. In my spare time, I enjoy writing, engaging in charity work, and tending to my garden. These activities help me stay grounded and bring a sense of balance to my life. My educational background includes a Master's and Education Specialist degree in Counseling, as well as a Ph.D. in Health Psychology. Over the years, I've developed programs for domestic violence survivors and bullying prevention, with my Domestic Violence program receiving statewide recognition as a best practices program. I believe in creating a supportive and understanding environment where you can feel safe to explore and address your challenges. Together, we can work towards healing and finding the strength within you to navigate life's transitions. If you're ready to take the next step, I'm here to support you on your journey.
