Robyn has experience across therapeutic settings, including inpatient treatment, partial hospitalization programs, community-based services, and outpatient settings. She specializes in treating individuals who suffer from suicidal ideations, self-esteem issues, relationship difficulties, depression, anxiety, personality disorders, trauma (with extensive training and experience in domestic violence and sexual assault), adjustment phases, and substance abuse/dependence. Robyn utilizes a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Solution-Focused, and Person-Centered Therapy.
Robyn holds a Master's degree in Counseling and a Bachelor's degree from Governors State University, as well as an Associate's degree from Moraine Valley Community College. She believes in the importance of the therapeutic relationship and meeting individuals where they are. Robyn provides psychoeducation and offers encouragement to empower individuals to make changes and live a more fulfilling life.
In her free time, Robyn enjoys spending time with family and friends. She also likes to read, travel, attend baseball games and concerts. A lover of dogs, she currently attends agility classes with her own dog.

I've been to 3 appointments so far and I'm really happy to keep coming for more. Robyn is so kind and genuine, I feel so comfortable with her. The vibe of the office was just amazing too. I'm so happy with everything and would recommend for anyone to book an apartment here.
