Getting to know Rochelle Smith

Hello! I am Rochelle Smith, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Phoenix. I have been in practice for 12 years and have worked with a wide range of clients, including those with addiction, eating disorders, depression, anxiety, OCD, personality disorders, thoughts of suicide, severe mental illnesses, Bipolar disorder, and more. I have experience working with all ages, from childhood to those who are a little more seasoned and experienced in life. I live here in sunny California-though sometimes it's a bit too warm-and I strive to explore the root of a client's symptoms to not only develop coping skills that decrease your symptoms but also to heal from the inside out. I look forward to working with you!

What should a new client know about working with you?

My hope for clients is that they will take away some further knowledge to who they are as an individual. My hope is that regardless of what an individual is seeking therapy for, they will gain knowledge to help themselves in their daily lives to decrease their symptoms.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
