I earned my Master's in Clinical Counseling at California State University, Sacramento, and my proudest achievement is raising two amazing daughters who are now thriving young adults. Parenting has taught me so much about resilience, connection, and the importance of being present-lessons I carry into my work every day.
When I'm not working, you can find me outdoors exploring nature with my family, staying active, or discovering new ways to grow personally and professionally. My greatest joy comes from being a mom and watching my daughters embrace life with curiosity and enthusiasm.
