I will create a safe, inclusive, respectful, and caring environment free of judgments, where you can share your vulnerabilities and feel supported in achieving your goals. I draw from a variety of theories and work collaboratively with you to integrate approaches that are most efficacious given your unique needs and challenges. You are the expert of your life, and I am here to journey with you, offering compassionate listening and clinical skills.
I feel incredibly blessed and honored to have worked and journeyed with individuals, couples, and families as they moved toward healing from a variety of issues over the past couple of decades. I was privileged to listen to clients’ openness and vulnerabilities, to identify their resilience and strength, and to witness them move toward healing, growth, and recovery. It truly is a joy for me to be invited in deeply, sharing a space that engages life’s most authentic and challenging experiences—in processing difficult emotions, moving through grief and hurts, and fostering authenticity and connection in self and relationships.
I hold a Master’s degree in Couples and Family Therapy from Seattle University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support you effectively on your journey.

It’s our policy to collect this information and confirm that it is valid prior to your first appointment so that we can simplify the payment process upon completion of your appointment, especially in the case of a telehealth appointment where the traditional “check-out” process doesn’t occur.
