When appropriate, I incorporate techniques from other modalities such as CBT, ACT, and mindfulness-based practices. My counseling approach also provides space for the healing power of laughter while tackling the big issues! At this time, I only offer video teletherapy. My specialties include working with anxiety, stress, depression, and life transitions. I provide individual therapy for adults of all ages (18+). I am invested in creating a counseling environment based on mutual respect, understanding, and openness. With 5 years of experience providing individual and group therapy to clients with diverse cultural, ethnic, and religious backgrounds, sexual orientations, and gender identities/expressions, I strive to make the counseling process welcoming and as smooth as possible. It takes great courage and strength to get the support you need and deserve, and I place a high priority on connecting with my clients. I will meet you where you are with openness, curiosity, compassion, and without judgment. Together, we will work to manage anxiety, work through depression, improve your relationship with yourself and others, and navigate transitions. We will journey together to help you realize your best self and a life that brings wellness and healing, greater happiness, more meaning, and joy. When I am not working, I enjoy hiking and cycling, spending time with family and friends, singing, and playing at my new hobby, guitar. I look forward to helping you realize your best self.
