Getting to know Rosa Singletary

I am a bilingual therapist who has been working with clients since 2014. I believe that we all can benefit from speaking to a non-biased person. I am very open-minded and always show empathy toward my clients. My approach I use Person-Centered and Cognitive Behavioral techniques. My focus I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, couples, and the LGBTQ community. My communication style I use empathy to build rapport with my clients. I have a very calm tone of voice when speaking to them. My journey to therapy I love helping people and seeing their growth through therapy. I earned my Master's in Mental Health Counseling and my Bachelor's degree from Eastern New Mexico University. My goals for you Success looks different for every client. For some, success may be getting out of bed, while for others, it might be getting along with peers. My first session with you In the first session, I always try to gather as much information as possible and find out why you are seeking to meet with a therapist.
