Psychotherapist

I understand that starting therapy can feel uncertain or even overwhelming — and that's completely normal. I use practical, straightforward tools to help you understand how your thoughts affect your feelings and actions. More importantly, I help you see the strengths you already have — because you have them, even if no one has pointed them out lately. I believe every person deserves to be heard without judgment. Whatever brought you here, my goal is to help you find a way forward that works for you. In our first session together, here's what you can expect Our first session is an unhurried invitation — to arrive exactly as you are, without the need for perfect words or polished explanations. With care and intention, I will guide us through what has been sitting heavy within you, the patterns quietly shaping your days, and what your heart is hoping to reclaim. We move together at a pace that honors both your boundaries and your nervous system — always. By the end, most clients leave carrying something they did not anticipate when they first walked through the door — a softening, a clearer horizon, and the quiet return of possibility. The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions Choosing to begin therapy is, in itself, an act of self-respect — and you need not arrive with answers, only a willingness to explore. My work intertwines emotional depth with practical structure. Together, we uncover the reasons beneath your situation, uncovering how you've learned to cope, and cultivate the skills that bring meaningful, sustainable change — not as a distant possibility, but as something you feel week to week. I am warm and collaborative by nature, and thoughtfully direct when honesty serves your growth more than comfort does.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
