    She's awesome if you want to vent, but I would suggest seeking someone else if you're looking for help beyond that. The sessions consisted almost entirely of me talking (which is usual for the first two sessions), but by the third I realized she wasn't very engaged. She didn't have much to offer in terms of advice and would often end the session before our time was over.
