If you're looking to work with a bicultural, multilingual person of color who values a holistic and decolonized approach, then you have come to the right place. My biggest priority in therapy is to provide a safe and non-judgmental space for you to speak freely and to decide if we are a good fit. I believe that you are the expert and that healing and growth are best achieved through breaking generational patterns, self-reflection, and strengthening the skills to navigate the systems in which we live. I take a relational and reflective-based approach to treatment, center your voice, and guide a process of co-creating your healing journey. I encourage clients to explore their inner worlds and express themselves authentically while also establishing solid supports and grounding awareness within the context of their lives. Whether you are a solo parent or co-parent, like myself, or a young adult struggling in this crazy world that denies us the space to just slow down and think, let's connect and begin the healing journey. Having worked primarily with Black, Latina/x, Indigenous, Women of Color (BIPOC), and other historically marginalized communities has ignited my passion to continue supporting marginalized and oppressed communities in addressing depression, anxiety, and trauma. With a specific focus on solo parents or parents who are co-parenting, I have supported parents in connecting more with their child or partner, navigating concerns about a child's temperament or development, trauma, depression, and anxiety. I have also supported clients through multiple transitions such as parent separation or divorce, as well as loss and grief. I hold a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from San Francisco State University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to provide compassionate and culturally responsive care.

In-network insurances

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
