I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to providing thoughtful, evidence-based psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults. Using a relational and trauma-informed approach, I strive to create a supportive therapeutic environment where clients of all ages feel seen, heard, and empowered to grow.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I have extensive experience working with children and adolescents facing a range of emotional and behavioral challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, family transitions, and school-related stress. I work closely with young clients and their families to foster emotional resilience, build coping skills, and strengthen communication. In my work with adults, I support individuals navigating life transitions, grief, identity development, and relational concerns. My practice is grounded in cultural humility, clinical integrity, and a deep belief in each person’s capacity for healing and change.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

When you are ready to get started, schedule an initial assessment visit (intake) through Zocdoc. After you book an appointment, a care coordinator will reach out to review your method of payment and/or insurance number and answer any initial questions you may have before our first visit.
