I am a licensed mental health counselor with a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Barry University and a certified Transgender Specialist.
My experience includes providing mental health services to individuals (adults and adolescents) and couples. I have also worked with EAP clients as well as court-ordered clients. Overall, I provide services to individuals, families, and couples.
As a certified transgender specialist, I work with individuals seeking guidance and support through their journey of becoming their authentic selves.
I also work with the L.G.B.T.I.A. community (adults, adolescents, and couples), ensuring they can enter a therapeutic relationship with me that is safe and free from judgment.
What should a new client know about working with you?
My intentions for clients is to assist them with overcoming obstacles and challenges that they may believe is hindering them from becoming the best version of themselves. I work to establish a safe and trusting environment for clients to feel safe enough to express their thoughts, fears, and vulnerabilities openly.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
