Hi there, I'm Rubidia! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Phillips Graduate University. My approach is to provide a safe environment for self-discovery, healing, and growth. I offer individual therapy for adults and minors experiencing depression, anxiety, life transitions, stress, self-esteem challenges, and grief. My clinical work is informed by cognitive behavioral therapy, client-centered therapy, solution-focused therapy, and family systems theory.
