I hold a Master's degree in Psychology from the University of West Georgia. My approach I am trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and also in Humanistic and Existential theory. I believe in the good in individuals and promote mindfulness and healthy relationships. I am also a certified grief specialist. My focus At this time, I prefer working with adult patients. I feel comfortable working with most disorders, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other mood disorders. I also work with substance abuse addiction. My communication style I believe I can help those best by motivating them to fulfill their full potential. I am willing to work with people where they are in life and do not judge others. I believe that therapy is a journey, and I can best assist as a guide toward life fulfillment. My journey to mental healthcare I have worked at numerous hospitals throughout Georgia. I also have a strong background in assessment and evaluation. I received certification as a grief specialist before becoming trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I enjoy different aspects of therapy, but my main purpose is to help others relieve suffering and maximize their potential. My goals for you I try to meet clients where they are in life and assist them with identifying what is most meaningful in their life experience.
