Hi there, I'm Ruth! Hello, my name is Ruth Contreras, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), licensed in California, based in Ventura County, and working with clients via telehealth statewide. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor’s degree from California State University Channel Islands. I work with adolescents through older adults, using a client-centered and mindfulness-based approach to meet you where you are. My approach The approach I use varies based on the client’s needs.
