Psychotherapist

Life can be insensitive sometimes and has been for many people lately. Between the stress of a pandemic that has brought numerous health concerns, job stress, and financial issues, there is still the rest of life and its stressors to manage on top of that. At this point, no one is immune to mental distress, and no one should feel like they can't, shouldn't, or aren't worthy of having someone to help them through it. I can and want to be there for you in this way. I hold a Master's in Psychology from Azusa Pacific University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support individuals facing mental health challenges. My goal with any of my clients is to create a space where you feel comfortable exploring problem areas that are currently impacting your life and mental health, identifying purposes for change, and working collaboratively to achieve these goals. Due to the nature of the pandemic and the continued need, I am currently offering primarily telehealth treatment. However, I am willing to take and discuss inquiries regarding in-person therapy.
