What should a new client know about working with you?

In our work together, we focus on understanding your experience in a way that brings relief rather than more pressure. I use approaches such as Coherence Therapy and EMDR to help people gently access what’s been driving their distress and support meaningful, lasting change.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I work with people experiencing anxiety, stress, and the effects of trauma, especially when these show up as feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or shut down. My approach is careful and practical, focused on understanding what's happening and supporting change at a pace that feels manageable. I practice out of Vivify Christian Counseling in West Arlington. Therapy can be approached from a Christian perspective if that is meaningful to you, or in a fully secular way. You’re welcome to reach out to see if working together feels like a good fit.
